What countries do you ship to?

We primarily ship our products across New Zealand and Australia. If you are located outside NZ and Aussie, please get in touch with us at sales@frenchsujet.co.nz and we’ll try our best to arrange affordable shipment for you.

What are the shipping costs?

If you spend more than $200 in one purchase, then your delivery will be free of charge. However please note that this applies to completed orders only so there will be a freight cost deducted should an item be returned which brings your order total below $200.

If you spend less than $200, you will be charged the following for shipping: 

$5.50 for Auckland
$10.50 for the rest of the North Island
$15.50 for the South Island. 
For deliveries on Great Barrier Island and Chatham Island, please check exact fees with us first. 

For deliveries to Australia, we charge $35. For other destinations overseas, please check with us first. We charge at cost, and don't take any mark-up on courier fees. 

 

How long will my order take to arrive? 

All French Sujet orders are dispatched from Auckland and are sent by courier. Delivery time typically takes 1-3 working days, although you will need to  allow an additional 1 to 2 days for rural deliveries.

If for unforeseen circumstances we think there will be substantial delays we will contact you directly to discuss, and will happily refund your money at your request if the delivery time is deemed not suitable.

 

Tracking 
All orders are tracked from pick up to delivery. You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of dispatch. If for any reason your order does not arrive within the specified delivery time, contact us and we will assist.

 

My product hasn’t arrived – how can I find out where it is? 

All our products are sent by tracked courier. If you wish to track your product, please send us an email to customer-service@frenchsujet.co.nz with your name, the product you have purchased and when you purchased it, and we will send you the tracking number. If your product doesn’t arrive within the specified delivery time, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier provider for an update.
